This is the running gag in our games. Mercutio is an ungifted Mercere, a Redcap who delivers messages to the covenant the most often. He is always an NPC and if he dies he is replaced by another Mercutio who was apprenticed by him. His lineage usually is Mercutio filius Mercutio, filius Mercutio, etc....
