The Way of the Beast Remembered is a book on Animal by Herran of Bjornaer, written in 1003 but not disseminated within the order until well after the Schism War had ended. There is some discussion in the work of Diedne Animal magic, which has caused some Quaesitores to look at it askance, but it was ruled at the Rhine Tribunal of 1033 not to violate the Order's prohibition on Diedne teachings, and this has widely been accepted as a precedent.
